Hederman - Smoke House Hummus

Creamy and rich in texture, this hummus is made from chickpeas we have smoked in beechwood, which are then ground with some of our smoked tomato tapenade, and seasoned to create a unique and distinctively delicious flavour. We do not add tahini, as it really is rich and creamy enough as it is.

We paired it in a toasted sandwich with smoked mackerel, caramelised onion, creme fraiche, dill and sweet pickled cucumbers, and it was sooo good. Also terrific straight from the pot!
