Time to get prepared for Hay Fever!
Hay fever responds well to herbal treatment but consistency is important and it's a good idea to start early before symptoms start or get worse.
The Hay Fever tea blend contains Nettle for its antihistamine and astringent properties, also full of many nutrients.
Elderflower, another ingredient is antispasmodic, protecting the respiratory passages against irritation and inflammation. These herbs also help boost the immune system.
I also include Euphrasia (Eyebright) and Chamomile as Eyebright can be helpful for irritated and itchy eyes and Chamomile is calming and anti-inflammatory.
Should be taken several times daily and every day for best results
