Grá Arán - Seeded Spelt & Honey Sourdough Loaf
Seeded Spelt & Honey is a blend of Strong white flour and 30% Stoneground Wholemeal Spelt which is grown and milled by The Little Mill in Kilkenny, A mixture of seeds (sunflower, Pumpkin, Golden & Brown Linseed is added after the initial 30 minutes of fermentation, which enhances the nutritional content and the texture. A hint of Honey is added at the initial stage of proving to improve overall texture and flavour and gives you a beautiful golden colour when toasted.
