Glyde Farm Produce - Carlow Sheep Cheese

This is a new cheese made with Pasteurised sheep milk from the farm of Elizabeth Bradley, she has been making artisan farmhouse cheese for a number of years.
This cheese is hard with a distint aroma, it is still young and should mature into a strong big flavour
