Serving suggestions
Pile a generous spoonful on a corn tortilla with sour cream & grated cheese or with sliced avocado, chicken or strips of pan-fried or grilled steak. Alternatively use a tablespoon of finely chopped pickled chillies in cheese scone dough, scattered onto pizzas or spice up a plain sandwich.
