Flanagan's Chilli - Bliksem [Bluhk–Sim]

The name is a South African slang that has a double meaning it can be used in aggression or as an expression of surprise like "wow". For us, this is what we had imagined people would say when they tasted our red chilli and red onion sauce.

"Bliksem" combines the sharp flavour of the red chilli and onion to pack a punch that is savoured well after the taste has left your mouth.
