Our Organic Sprouted Wheat Bakers Mix comprises of a blend of sprouted and unsprouted flours suitable for use in any recipe. This is a strong flour and is particularly delicious when used for pizzas, breads, scones and cookies. Our sprouted grains are germinated, gently dried, and stone milled in to flour giving them unique properties and benefits.

Simple and versatile to use in any recipe, just blend with other flours or replace one for one. All our flours are natural, wholegrain and unbleached with no additives except time!
