Corrinne's Kitchen - Mozzarella, Tomato And Basil Savoury Tart

This delicious savoury tart has my classic red cheddar and butter crust and is filled with fresh mozzarella and roasted tomatoes and fresh basil in a creamy egg custard. Perfect for a light dinner or lunch served with a side salad to cut through the richness. Large @ 21cm in diameter x +-3cm deep. This will easily feed 3 -4 people. Reheat in an oven at 180 'c for approximately 10 minutes until hot. Serve immediately.
