Corrinne's Kitchen - Christmas Brandy Tart (Medium)

A rich, sticky, South African pudding made with dates, pecan nuts and brandy syrup which is poured over the baked pudding as it comes out of the oven :-)
Serving suggestion - Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
Freezes well. Defrost at room temperature and pop into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes to reheat. Approx. 17cm in diameter .
