Coolanowle Organics - Sheridans Irish Rye & Linseed Crackers

Our Rye & Linseed crackers are handmade for us in West Cork. We use Rye Flour, stoneground at Macroom Oatmeal Mills in Co Cork, and unbleached wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil with brown linseeds (flaxseeds) baked into the mix.

Ingredients: Stone ground rye flour 35%, water, unbleached wheat flour, olive oil, linseeds 2%, sea salt

Allergens: Rye Flour (gluten), Wheat Flour (gluten). Made in a bakery which also handles nuts.
