Luxurious spreadable caramel in a jar! Spread onto pancakes, drizzle onto ice cream and waffles or use as an amazing ingredient in homemade cakes and desserts.

This is our award-winning caramel, as stocked in Harvey Nichols, Dean & Deluca and Le Deli Joel Robuchon.

In 2014 we entered it into the prestigious UK Great Taste Awards. A total of 10,000 products were entered, only 153 of which won a coveted 3* gold award. We were lucky enough to be one of these.

We originally developed the caramel for our Chocolate Salted Caramel Cake. It’s swirled into the buttercream and layered with handmade hazelnut praline. We have since used it in macarons, brownies and tarts, and can confirm it's an excellent ingredient for home baking!
