Take it as an alternative to coffee, tea, or a sugar based drink. It is a fermented drink, high in probiotics to aid digestion.
All our Kombucha is made using a culture called a SCOBY. (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria & Yeast.) and 2nd fermented using homemade fruit syrups. It takes 12 to 14 days to produce.
Flavours available will vary depending on seasonal availability
