Thin patterned discs of chocolate, in a small square gift box. There are 100g of thins, usually 10 to 12 discs in a box.

Java single origin milk chocolate is characteristically pale in colour and rich in flavour. Lots of caramel and cream. The smoked salt works beautifully with this chocolate; the salt cutting the sweetness, and then enhancing the natural flavours of the chocolate. The smokiness is in the background and adds depth to the flavours.

Ingredients: Cocoa solids 32.9% minimum: cocoa butter, whole MILK powder 22% minimum, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla; smoked sea salt (1%)

Decoration: fat reduced cocoa powder, vegetable fat (palm, shea)
