Carlow Farmhouse Cheese - Killeen Goat Gouda

This is a gouda cheese from goat’s milk with the addition of fenugreek seeds. The paste is brilliant white and the flavor is fresh and milky. The cheese develops more fruitiness as it ages up to five months, and then gradually turns nutty.
