Burren Smokehouse - Burren Cold Smoked Irish Organic Salmon With Seaweed

The cold smoked Irish Organic Salmon is covered in little seaweed flakes which were hand-harvested off the Clare coast. The seaweed flakes are sprinkled on top of the salmon fillets after being salted. So they are smoked with the salmon which gives them and the salmon a unique flavour.
