This Kimchi packs a punch! The Nappa Cabbages are fermented for four days with a paste of Korean Chilli, Ginger and Garlic. It can be eaten fresh, added into rice, salads or added to a hot pot soup. We'd recommend adding a spoonful into your next cheese toasties, you'll thank us later.
