Bowl a Granola - Bowl-A-Muesli

Bowl-a-Muesli is a simple mix of oats, almonds, hazelnuts, coconut, sunflower, linseed and pumpkin seeds, raisins and cranberries. 
It's delicious served many ways... 
- just as a muesli with your milk of choice and topped with some fruit, especially grated apple
- you can make a very wholesome porridge with it
- it's perfect for overnight oats.
As there is nothing added to sweeten your Bowl-a-Muesli, the sugars are really low; 6.9g per 100g or 3.1g per 45g portion.
High in fibre, vitamin E, zinc, folic acid and iron and a good source of selenium
