Well these are my favourite creation so far. 75% organic Peruvian dark chocolate filled bonbons with an earl grey and ginger flavoured ganache. That's sounds divine, if I do say myself. Placed in handy compostable bags for your own compost or brown bin.
￼￼Combining the complimentary flavours of earl grey and fresh ginger root by infusing into a dark chocolate ganache, it pairs perfectly with the Peruvian dark chocolate. The perfectly matched tastes are a balance of spice and aromatic citrus fruits. Goes well with a glass of red wine or port, or even the botanicals of a fine gin. The bonbons have pieces of crystallised ginger in the centres as well for a little surprise.
Ingredients: 75% dark chocolate (cacao beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter), crystallised ginger (root ginger, raw cane sugar), full fat cream, butter, inverted sugar, earl grey tea leaves, fresh ginger root. Cocoa solids 75% minimum. Allergy Advice: full fat cream & butter (dairy)
