Blasta Delights - Earl Grey & Ginger Ganache Dark Chocolate Bars

This ganache filled 75% organic Peruvian dark chocolate filled bars have been flavoured with an earl grey and fresh root ginger. That's sounds divine, if I do say myself.

Combining the complimentary flavours of earl grey and fresh ginger root by infusing into a dark chocolate ganache, it pairs perfectly with the Peruvian dark chocolate. The perfectly matched tastes are a balance of spice and aromatic citrus fruits. Goes well with a glass of red wine or port, or even the botanicals of a fine gin. Easy shaped to break off pieces and share around.

Ingredients: 75% dark chocolate (cacao beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter), crystallised ginger (root ginger, raw cane sugar), full fat cream, butter, inverted sugar, earl grey tea leaves, fresh ginger root. Cocoa solids 75% minimum. Allergy Advice: full fat cream & butter (dairy)
