If you are not crazy about ginger but like a nice moreish date feast then these are for you. Pieces of crystallised ginger wrapped in soft dates and cacao powder and then dipped in dark chocolate. I lovely balance of textures as the dark chocolate cracks open to the soft dates and then get the ginger pieces coming through. The dates and bitter chocolate balances out of the heat of the ginger pieces.

*Product reduced as current batch at markets will be Best before 16th March - they are completely fine to eat. The dates will just have a strong flavour.

All packaging used is compostable, just the round label on the front needs to go into your regular bin. Bag and labels on the back are compostable and can be added to your brown bin or your compost bin.
