Organic Jersey Butter from our small herd at Ballymaloe Cookery School Organic Farm. We milk our cows once a day and separate the milk, the cream is cultured , a little salt is added - nothing else.

We store and sell our butter frozen. It defrosts very quickly or you can cut off just what you need and return the remainder back in the freezer.
