As farmers and foodies, we here at Ballyhubbock Farm are passionate to produce and promote real, farm-fresh, Irish food to as many as possible.
Sheep’s Milk is both highly nutritious and delicious and suitable for those with digestive intolerance to cow’s milk. Our flock are grass-fed for extra goodness.
Our small batch ice cream is handcrafted on our family farm in the Glen-of-Imaal nestled in the heart of the Wicklow Mountains using Sheep’s Milk from our own milking flock combined with the finest, freshest and local (where possible) ingredients.
Our Raspberry Crumble is made using fresh raspberries and a handmade crumble which is handmade fresh for each batch of Ice Cream that we make and added just before freezing to lock in a sweet and zingy taste.
