Ballyhubbock Farm - Sheep's Milk Lemon Curd Ice Cream

As farmers and foodies, we here at Ballyhubbock Farm are passionate to produce and promote real, farm-fresh, Irish food to as many as possible.
Sheep’s Milk is both highly nutritious and delicious and suitable for those with digestive intolerance to cow’s milk. Our flock are grass-fed for extra goodness.

Our small batch ice cream is handcrafted on our family farm in the Glen-of-Imaal nestled in the heart of the Wicklow Mountains using Sheep’s Milk from our own milking flock combined with the finest, freshest and local (where possible) ingredients.
Our Lemon Curd is handmade fresh for each batch of Ice Cream that we make and added just before freezing to lock in a fresh and zingy taste.
