Turkey Tail has been consumed for millennia in Asia amongst practicioners of traditional Chinese Medicine who have highly valued it for it's immunomodulatory benefits. Modern science has identified it as containing desired mycochemicals such as beta glucans, one known as PSK used as an adjunct to chemotherapy based cancer treatment in Japan.
Each tea bag contains 5g (equivalent of 50g fresh mushroom).
Instructions for use: Place 1 tea bag in 1litre flask, fill flask with boiling water, leave for 1-2 hours. Enjoy the tea throughout the day or evening using this method.
