Ballyhoura Mountain Mushrooms - Strawberry Vinegar

Strawberry Vinegar is made in small batches from the freshest Irish strawberries and the finest while wine vinegar.
The strawberries are infused slowly, sweetened and aged for a minimum of 12 months resulting in a vinegar with a jammy sweetness on the nose, and a harmonious strawberry sweetness and acidity on the palate.
Uses: fruit salads, particularly Delicious for enhancing the flavour of strawberries, marinades, vinaigrette, shrub/sipping vinegar, desserts, cocktails and beverages
