Produced from one of the most flavoursome of wild mushrooms. Wild ceps/porcini/penny bun mushroom that has been dried and milled into a fine powder. With it high concentration of glutamic acid, it delivers intense savoury and smoky woodland notes, enhancing the flavour of any dish.
Very versatile mushroom seasoning, try adding 1-2 teaspoon/dish, or sprinkling into/onto your dish to enhance the flavour.
