A selection of our speciality mushrooms grown on our farm. Beloved by frequenters to The Black Pig in Kinsale, and thereafter called the black pig mix by their customers in homage to the wonderful dish of mushrooms on toast served at this fine establishment.

Delicious used in an array of dishes: stir frys, sauces, pasta, risotto, egg dishes, soups, noodle dishes, to accompany any meat or fish.
