Ballyhoura Mountain Mushrooms - Fresh Mushrooms- Lions Mane

A very special mushroom, both culinary and medicinally, with it's distinctive cascading pom pom architecture. It has meaty texture remincent of crab, and distinctive flavour, earthy, tangy, umami, with subtleties of shelf fish. This mushroom is grown on wood on our farm without the use of chemicals or pesticides.
