Our Organic Kerry Diced Beef is produced from the male cattle from our own herd of Registered Pedigree Kerry Cattle. Processed by Master Butcher Mike Cahillane in Killorglin our Kerry Diced Beef is frozen on the same day as it is cut and comes in a 500 gram pack. Ideal for stews, brazed beef dishes it can also be cut into smaller strips for stir frying, fajitas etc. a 500g pack is ideal for a meal for family of 4.
