WILD BOAR CASSEROLE
Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
1 OZ/25G of Butter
1 Large Onion Peeled and sliced
500G of Wild Boar Casserole meat
2 Sticks of Celery Sliced
8 0Z Canned Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper
Pepper Bay Leaf
1 Pint of Water
Cooking Instructions
Melt the butter and fry the onion for 5 minutes until transparent.
Remove and place in a casserole. Fry the meat in the remaining butter for 10 minutes, until lightly browned
Then add to the casserole with remaining ingredients and cover.
Cook in the pre-heated oven for 1 hour. Remove bay leaf before serving.
