Balhomais Farm - Curly Kale

Bagged in 160g bundles, our favourite way to eat this is to roast it! Strip off and remove the stalks, toss in a flavoured oil (eg walnut or truffle) and season then roast for about 10 minutes until crispy and browning. Absolutely delicious!
