Perfect for a veggie Sunday roast or sliced and pan fried for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

Serves 4-6 portions (1kg net weight)

Ingredients: lentils, red onion, carrots, leeks, mushrooms, sweet red peppers, Brazil nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, dried apricots, buckwheat flour, organic vegan bullion, extra virgin olive oil, sage, rosemary, organic mixed herbs, Celtic sea salt, organic black pepper.

Homemade with love.
Suitable for freezing.
Store in the fridge.

Bake in a preheated oven @ 180 for 15/20 mins in a roasting dish or tin, eat while piping hot with veggie gravy on top.
