We sprout all pulses prior to cooking, choosing UK organically grown pulses, including marrowfat peas, yellow peas, and heritage varieties of the incredible carlin pea.
Each week we will offer a different sort of hummus, always sprouted, always organic.

Sprouting reduces phytic acid (which is an anti-nutrient present in all whole grains, pulses, nuts and seeds) while also unlocking flavour.
