Our kombucha is made using organic tea from the Belfast company Suki Tea, working closely with growers on a fair trade basis. We pick the nettles in Spring and dry it for use throughout the year. It is an incredible herb, known as a great blood purifier.

Kombucha is a gentle way to introduce probiotics (beneficial bacteria) into your body to benefit your immune system and help improve your overall health. We suggest enjoying like you would a regular soda or pairing along with your meals to help digestion.
