I am a small Cork based vegetarian/vegan food business. I make a range of frozen meals (burritos, dhals, stews, no pasta lasagne, ragu), fresh nachos bowls & lots of different dips eg pestos, caramelised onion hummus, dill cashew cream cheeze. I use as much organic ingredients as possible. My treats/desserts are all refined sugar free & vegan and include raw snickerz, twiks, tiramisu, peanut banoffee, sweet potato brownie etc. While I don't work in a 100% gluten-free kitchen & so cannot guarantee no traces in my food, I do have 2 separate ovens on opposite sides of the kitchen for gluten/non-gluten baking/cooking so as to try to keep it as safe as possible for my customers. Everything on my menu is always made from scratch and with a lot of love by me, Jayne.
