Tombreck Market Garden
UPDATE - After the market of 2nd/3rd February 2024, we're taking a break from selling during the 'hungry gap' and getting ready for the new growing season. Our veg will return in the summer!
We - Rachel and Ian - started a small market garden at Tombreck Farm on Loch Tay in the spring of 2023.
We have around twenty years' experience of organic growing between us, and we intend to apply the various techniques and practices we have learned along the way to grow a mixed variety of produce to sell to the local community. We do most of the work by hand, and are setting up semi-permanent beds and using compost and green manures to improve and protect the soil.
