TLC Foods is a small local business which specialises in a full gluten-free range of dine-in ready to eat delicious food that is certified by Love Irish Foods, meaning we only use and produce our range with Irish products when and where possible. The meat we use in our dishes is 100% Irish, our eggs come from Upton, our fish from West Cork. We use local suppliers as much as possible to help support our local community. Everything bar our own Brown Bread has been fully certified as gluten-free and is produced in a gluten-free kitchen.
