The Sugarloaf Bakery is a family-run artisan bakery in the heart of Wicklow.

Simon , the founder and our head baker, has been in the catering industry for over 15 years and is passionate about his craft.

Our speciality is our sourdough bread made over a 48-hour process using homemade starter. We produce white/ multi-seed/malted brown /pan au levain and, our best-selling, sourdough baguette. We also produce delicious hand-rolled pastries as good as any you will find in a French patisserie.

The Sugarloaf Bakery strives for excellence from start(er) to finish. From the simplest of ingredients we give you some of life's delicious pleasures. We guarantee you will appreciate and enjoy our products as much as we do.
