The Sugarloaf Bakery is a family-run artisan bakery in the heart of Wicklow.
Simon , the founder and our head baker, has been in the catering industry for over 15 years and is passionate about his craft.
Our speciality is our sourdough bread made over a 48-hour process using homemade starter. We produce white/ multi-seed/malted brown /pan au levain and, our best-selling, sourdough baguette. We also produce delicious hand-rolled pastries as good as any you will find in a French patisserie.
