The Patty wagon was established in 2016. We are family run business of a professional chef of 23 years experience in fine dining, restaurants, hotels, corporate events and my wife with over 10 years experience in catering and corporate events. We have always been passionate about the food and wanted to run our own business, this was our opportunity to take street food to the next level using the finest Irish ingredients. It all started with only 1 food market a week, which has grown into multiple events, corporate and private hire. We cater for all your Party needs in our eye catching food trailer that brought to your doorstep, so you have more time to sit back and relax. Driven by love for cooking and desire to share our innovative culinary concepts with others we specialize in our own Burger blends using locally sourced beef, fresh canapés and The Patty wagon signature dips and sauces. All our products are homemade and we use top locally sourced ingredients.
