The Pastry Fork is a small, homebased baking business, supplying independent shops and small cafes, as well as providing a mobile afternoon tea service to homes and venues.
We bake traditional cakes and desserts in small batches, using the best of ingredients such as free range eggs, Irish butter, and local seasonal fruit.
Some of our favourites would be apple tarts, frangipanes, bakewells, and coffee, red velvet and lemon drizzle cakes.
