We believe in whole foods and produce everything we sell from scratch here in Cork City.
We bake true artisan breads without any unnecessary additives. Our cakes and pastries range from the virtuous to the sublime. Our sandwiches are made on our own real breads, we handmake our own fillings and dressings and use locally sourced meats, cheeses and veg.
We believe passionately in the quality of our local produce. We only use free range Irish eggs, real Irish butter and dairy products.
Since our humble beginnings in 2002 over the family health food shop we have grown to employ 35 people in our Marina commercial park bakery and 3 cafes at 26 Paul St, Blackrock village and Fitzgerald's Park.
