The Merry Mill is a family business that built the first organic gluten-free oat mill in Ireland. We produce both organic gluten-free porridge and oat flour. Based in Co. Laois, we carry out the whole process on our home farm. We grow the raw ingredients (oats), we manufacture on our purpose-built stone mill and package on site before delivering to our local post office that sends it all over the world. We exclusively supply small health food stores as we are part of a sustainable community of local producers.
