We are an artisan sourdough bakery located in Midleton. We specialise in sourdough breads and viennoiserie. We bake sourdough breads using just three ingredients; flour, water and salt. We use organic and Irish ingredients as much as we can in all of our baking. All of our breads get a long and slow prove to ensure maximum digestibility. We also do our own viennoiserie in store daily to make delicious pastry. Using Irish Gourmet Butter and a three day process a lot of love goes into each of our pastries.
