The Bretzel Bakery is rooted in its community with a progressive approach to its customers' health and the environment.
Owner William Despard has kept the soul of the 150-year-old bakery while modernising the systems surrounding it.
The Le Levain range of bread was perfected by Rossa Crowe in France, using traditional methods of long fermentation, and recently became some of the Bretzel's favourite breads.
Made simply using the best ingredients, the bread is tasty, healthy and nutritious.
