ST TOLA GOAT CHEESE make fine, hand made artisan cheeses. We have been producing goat milk cheese and selling milk from our family farm near Inagh, just south of the Burren since 1978. Siobhan Ni Ghairbhith and her team have developed a range of delicious cheeses to appeal to all pallets! We mainly make fresh cheese ranging from fresh curd, to fresh logs to mildly matured logs and ash covered cheeses also. In addition, we produce a Greek style salad cheese and a hard parmesan style cheese. Our cheeses are not only delicious, they have won lots of awards over the years.
At St Tola, we believe passionately in sustainable farming Our 300 strong herd of Saannen, Toggenburg and British Alpine goats are fed on the herb rich pastures in summer giving their milk and utimatly our cheese a unique and special flavour.
