We are a Sligo based microbakery producing award winning brownies, cookies and cakes. We love to use the best of ingredients, sourcing locally wherever we can. Everything we use in our bakes is homemade by us, right down to the jam we swirl into our brownies! We were delighted to be awarded a Gold medal at the 2021 Blas na hÉireann Awards for our Classic Chocolate and Walnut Brownie.
