Shanagarry Smoke-House has been operating out of Shanagarry for over 35 years. Originally opened and run solely by local man Bill Casey the time came for Bill to retire and pass on the reigns. In doing so local chefs Colin & Dave were thrilled to continue the tradion of smoking Irish Organic Salmon using the same methods that were perfected for all those years prior to their arrival. We specialise in small batch production, we hand slice & hand trim all our Smoked Salmon.
