Praline Pastry and Chocolate Shop
Praline is a pastry shop and café established in May 2017 by Norma Kelly. Norma is an award winning pastry chef having qualified with an honours degree in Culinary Arts from Dublin Institute of Technology, Cathal Brugha Street. Norma keeps her skillset updated by regularly taking part in and winning many culinary and pastry competitions. Her most notable achievement representing Ireland in the Cocao Barry UK and Ireland World Chocolate Masters in 2015, where she won the category for ‘Best Moulded Praline’ with her Hot Whiskey flavoured chocolate.
At Praline we sell high quality cakes and pastries to be enjoyed in store or at home. We also now stock a small collection of handmade chocolate truffles and other chocolate products produced from French and Belgian chocolates.
