We make preserves traditionally in small batches in our seaside kitchen. There are no additives, powdered pectins or gelling agents. Just the best quality fruit and vegetables, some sugar and lots of patience. Our Raspberry Jam won Gold for Best Product at the Scottish Speciality Food Show in January 2020.
