We are a community based food production company. Linked closely to Neighbourfood Passage West, we operate in the kitchen built by Neighbourfood host commission recycled back in to the community by a team of volunteers. We produce a range of locally sourced and made foods in our "Passage West Steam Packets" combining grains, beans, vegetables, sauce, nuts and seeds in a range of flavours. The packets are designed using sustainable packaging so they can be heated in the oven, you can eat directly from the packet and you can compost any waste. We also support individuals who want to start producing food locally and sell cakes made by Monika and will be adding more to our range as we have a few products in the pipeline.
